Vendor Applications

Thank you for your interest in working with The West Events!! To ensure quality events & satisfied clients, any vendor coming into our venue must be approved in advance. If you are a new vendor, please fill out this form and complete & submit all necessary documents BEFORE signing a contract/quoting a potential client. This agreement is valid for the current calendar year.  If you are already on our approved list, we require this form to be filled out at the beginning of each year with updated COI/licenses. We look forward to working with your team!

The West Events Vendor Parking

Please see the link/QR code below which is valid for event vendors only.  For on-street parking, all vendors and employees must obtain an hourly parking permit, with a 10-hour max per permit. The permit needs to be obtained each time the vendor works at the venue with this online permit system.  Any vehicle on the street must continue to parked ONLY in designated areas, IE- NORTH side of 134th and 135th and not in front of mailboxes or driveways.  Use the link below and ‘Search for available parking permits. Scroll down and you will see #9- Tide the Knot and The West Events on-street parking permit. Fill this out each time you will be working at the venue.
