This package gives you the flexibility to pick many of your own vendors while doing the heavy lifting on much of what can cause stress in the planning process. Whether you are looking for a tropical, boho, modern/minimalist, or traditional vibe, this blank slate beachside venue can transform the space, making your dreams & vision come to life.

The Vendors

The Bar

The West Events is proud to offer a stand-alone 18ft wrap around bar with a roll up garage to a 2000sqft outdoor courtyard. With both indoor and outdoor bar service, our bartenders can handle both smaller intimate events up to larger soirées. Personalize cocktail hour with one of our neon signs, signature cocktails, bourbon tasting station or the champagne wall. The TWE Premium Bar Package is included with this all-inclusive package!

The Catering

The West Events has partnered with Catering by the Family to offer a premium catering package. When booking an all-inclusive package, you create your own menu and pick from an assortment of Hors d'Oeuvres that include waygu beef sliders, ahi tuna crisp, chicken & waffles, and more. For dinner service, choose from buffet, stationed service or plated.

Micro Wedding Package: Available Monday-Thursday. Pricing includes venue for 4 hours (3 hour event time), planning, event manager, catering by one of Tampa Bay’s Best, Premium Bar, Floral (arbor, center pieces, bud vases and couple florals), champagne toast, tiered cake, DJ, Linens, tables and chairs, officiant, valet, as well as setup/breakdown and professional cleaning pre/post event.
