Price Details

Venue rental rates are quoted for a standard 8 hour rental for the entire space.

(5,000sqft indoors and 2,000sqft of outdoor space)

Additional time may be added on as needed in increments of 30 minutes. The outside courtyard and West Wing may be rented separately for reduced rates during the week (Monday-Thursday), while all weekend dates must book at full venue rental rate.

Discounts are offered for dates within 60 days as well as June-August. Call about last minute discounts and deals!

The quoted rates are not inclusive of taxes, gratuities, or additional vendor/rental fees. The quoted rates in brochure are for 8 hours in the venue, whereas clients may add on additional time at a rate of $600 per hour or $300 per half hour ($700 for holidays weekends). Clients looking to book the West Wing or Bar & Terrace for smaller events, please call our TWE Venue Manager for a custom quote.

Prices starting at $1,000 for daytime events held in the West Wing for up to 40 people.
