Rain Backup

Mother Nature doesn’t always cooperate, but we’ve got your back. If you book a reception with The West Events and are planning to have a beach ceremony, you automatically have rain back-up space (FREE)! We do not charge extra for you to have your ceremony at the venue. Don't get caught out in the rain with no where to go and let us handle your big day. With multiple rooms, setup is a breeze, allowing your planner to preset the ceremony and also have the reception all ready for your guests to celebrate! Ask our TWE venue manager for more details.

The Perfect Cocktail Hour

After a beautiful beach ceremony, what better way to celebrate than to have your guests enjoy our lush landscaped courtyard for cocktail hour! Enhance your event with a VW photo booth bus, yard games, champagne wall, oyster bar, grazing table, signature cocktails, neon sign, or live music… the possibilities are endless. With the roll up garage door, your guests will have access to the bar both indoor and outdoors in the courtyard.
